Pets must be up-to-date on any vaccinations recommended by your veterinarian.
Animals that display any form of aggression or hostility must be disclosed prior to booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service if any pet/animal poses a safety risk for any reason.

In the event of a medical emergency:
We will contact you immediately
If you are unreachable, we will seek veterinary care using your primary veterinarian or the nearest emergency facility
Any and all medical expenses are the financial responsibility of the animal/pet’s owner

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due before the service begins. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time forfeit only the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 75% of the total. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged 100%. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us so we can work with you.

While Walking on Sunshine Pet Care Services takes every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, pet care involves inherit risks. By booking our services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to not hold Walking on Sunshine Pet Care liable for any/all unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
